The entry opens into the living room with a gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling; the living room is open to the eat-in kitchen with a pantry/laundry room. A wet bar with a drink fridge connects the kitchen, living room, and dining room. A back hall off the kitchen provides access to the garage, back door, office, and stairs to the loft. The primary suite is off the living room. Both the front and back of the house have covered porches, offering places to relax or dine in the shade. A custom stone firepit is located off the back deck.

Second Floor: Two suites are connected by a sitting area that is open to the living room below. The second bedroom connects to a back hall with 2 large storage closets and the loft with a full bath.

2nd Dwelling: The guest house has a private deck with an outside shower, and glass doors to an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and sitting area with a gas fireplace. The loft is accessed via stairs and fits a queen-sized bed. At the rear of the building is a large open workshop with garage doors that open onto the driveway.
