Sconce at ACK is the bright and spacious 3 bedroom house with large fenced yard, only seconds from Surfside bike path. It is conveniently located near sandwich and coffee shops, bike shop and grocery store. Quick bike ride will get renters to popular surfside beach on one side, or Miacoment pond ideal for fishing, on the other side.
Guests park their car(s) right in front of the wooden gate that opens to a deck with big outdoor sectional and table, ideal for morning coffee and/or evening gatherings.

*Kitchen (first floor):
When you walk through the side door (that we will unlock for you right before your arrival) on your right hand side will be a large kitchen (with pantry room) and a dining room area that can comfortably sit 8 people. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay. We have a Keurig coffee machine and Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, griddle, flat electric cook top, oven, and fridge with the freezer.

*Living room (first floor):
To the left of entry is our bright and stylish living room with a bay window. We have a comfortable couch, two arm chairs and three ottomans. Also, there is a small additional sitting area with two more chairs and a side table. Across from the bay window is 55 Amazon Fire smart TV and an electric fire place (can also be used as heater if needed). Living room has an exterior door that will bring you to the spacious yard with pergola with fire pit and chairs.

*King bedroom (first floor):
French interior door from living room leads to a king bedroom with two bedside tables. This bedroom has a computer desk and a chair and is ideal for those renters who need to spend few hours of their vacation working. You will also find a tall dresser, mirror and a closet. This bedroom has another door that leads to a hallway between the kitchen and first floor bathroom. Bathroom has a shower and single vanity. New washer and drier are located in this bathroom.

*Queen room (second floor):
Queen room is located on the second floor, on the right side of the stairs. It has one queen and one twin bed, a dresser, Amazon Fire smart TV, and armchair. There are two large closets where guests can store their luggage. This room also has two doors. One leading to a hallway to another room, and the other going to a Jack & Jill bathroom. This is a double vanity, spacious bathroom with a bath tab. It has two doors as it is connecting two second floor rooms.

*Twin room (second floor):
Twin room is on the right side of the stairs. It has three twin beds, two large closets, a chair and Amazon Fire TV. Each room has a window AC unit. The whole second floor area has been updated with hardwood floors.

*Back yard:
Outdoor shower and garbage barrels are located in the back yard. The basement door is in the back of the house. Feel free to use bikes that we provide for our guests. We keep them in the basement.
