Betsy Holden

Betsy has been a Massachusetts-licensed real estate agent for 32 years. Betsy has all the professional affiliations with Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors (CCIAOR) and Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), is a National Member of the Board of Realtors, and is on the NAREB Professional Standards Committee.

It is not hard to see why Betsy is so knowledgeable about Nantucket. A 12th generation native of Cape Cod, she has lived on the Island for over three decades. With Nantucket being so dear to her heart, she has donated much of her time to Island charities, including Toys for Tots (which she founded with her husband Tom, a Nantucket Fire Captain) and Habitat for Humanity, where she was a board member. Betsy and Tom raised two daughters on the Island, who have now returned home after their college educations. Betsy is a Jin Shin Jyutsu bodywork practitioner and has a published children’s book to her credit, Nantucket’s Night Magic. A true Islander, Betsy loves walking the beaches with her dogs Winston and Wilma in all types of Nantucket weather.
